There is an attached apartment with another full-size bed in the bedroom, and a full-size futon in the living area (which can be used as the fourth bedroom). There are two kitchens (with pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.), and two full bathrooms. There is a clothes washer and dryer in the utility room. The rent will be $1,975/month for up to five tenants (additional tenants will be more). The first month�s rent and a security deposit of $2,500 is required at the time the lease is signed.
