YES! There is AFFORDABLE space in Reno. I have a studio that I'm using as a Photography studio. I only shoot once or twice a week and would like to share it with another mature, dependable photographer, painter or other artist. It is over 500 square feet, has 13 ft. ceilings, has natural light (south facing windows 6'by 12'), a private restroom, utility costs are included in this rate, off street parking and is licensed with the city as a legal photo studio. It is located near Kietzke and Mill and has an attractive store-front sort of look. I'm responsible, easy to get along with, funny and very knowledgeable about photography. I mainly do my own artistic projects and some paid work. I have some furniture there, some light modifiers, some high quality strobes, and backdrops and other accessories. It could also be used as a gallery for showing work. Your half of expenses would only be $250 per month (utilities included!). Responsible people are welcome to contact me about sharing this studio.
