The ROOM used to be the den/storage area underground. It has some carpeting, rugs and beds already set up. It is much more spacious than any other room in the house as well. The room is comfortable but since it is not a traditional room, we have it available for only $400. This is a great deal considering the space of the room, the amazing home, great location. Not to mention we are all really mellow and caring guys and will bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable with the living situation.

WE will be starting the Lease in December. ending May or June.
