The cabin is a 2 minute walk to town, 2 minutes to a state park, 5 minutes to the boatworks mall, and is quite centrally located. The home is child friendly and is equipped with many of the required items. You will want to return many times. We require an initial deposit of $500 in addition to the rental amount. $375 is used toward a security deposit and is refundable and $125 is used toward a cleaning fee (non-refundable).
