The home is not as advertised, it is less sq ft and the floors are not new. The guest room upstairs literally has blood soaked into the wood floors which are decades old. The home has massive rodent issues too. Expect to become sick while being there if you are allergic. The owner spies on you, insists to keep the internet and security cameras, even the smart door lock under their account, so they can monitor you all while you pay their mortgage.
The owner will rip you off, you will likely pay an application fee and never hear back. That is a quick scam on this property. The owner lives out of state and refuses to help with anything. If an appliance breaks, tough luck, go replace it on your own time and dime. The washer floods the basement on every use and the dryer catches your clothes on fire.
