Here you can kick back and relax while watching the large flat screen TV or use the Sonos Wifi stereo system to play music directly off your devices. Off of the living room is a 1/2 bath and a formal dining room with seating for 8. The dining room flows into a spacious eat-in kitchen with an island and a breakfast nook that can accommodate 8 people. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. If you need some space you can escape to the private library to enjoy some solitude and relax with a good book. Continue down 18 stairs to the second level where you will find the other 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, gym and sauna. There is another full sized refrigerator located outside the sauna, perfect for a refreshing beverage or cool treat. Also on the second level is a specious master bedroom that features picture windows overlooking the lake, a king sized bed as well as a queen sized pullout sleeper sofa and luxurious en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. There are 3 other bedrooms on this level all with queen sized beds. The main bathroom on this floor is accessible from the hall and has dual sinks and a door that separates the bath/shower and toilet from the vanity area. The sitting area on this level on this level is perfect for relaxing and can sleep extra guests on the full sized sleeper sofa. Heading down another 18 steps you arrive at the third level where there is a large full size bar/game room which also features a Sonos Wifi speaker system. Here you can enjoy a quiet drink and the picturesque lake views, or play a rousing game of cards, a game of pool, Foosball, or just relax on the full sized sleeper sofa and watch TV. This floor also has a bathroom with a glass shower and is perfect for family game night and to unwind with friends and family. The Westshire Lodge Unit#006 is available for Winter Ski Lease Only for the 2019/20 season, with a 4 month minimum &; 6 month maximum. Available starting November at the earliest; utilities are not included. Rates are: $6500 per month + $6000 security deposit + $71/month for Cable/Internet + all oher utilities + $800 for the season for the snow removal contract. ** NO PETS. **

Our winter ski leases require:
1) A 4 month minimum, 6 month maximum
2) All occupants over the age of 18 must fill out an application for a background check with proof of continuous employment in the US for 6 months.
3) Anyone applying to living in the unit must be 25 or older, otherwise a co-signer is required. If you do not reside within the USA you will also need a co-signer that is a full-time US resident.
4) Payment in full of the rent, utilities deposit, and security deposit.
5) You must come up and view the properties to know what you are renting.
6) Required utilities are: Power, Water, Gas/Propane, Snow Removal, cable, phone, and internet. (Cable, Phone and Internet stay in the owner's name and tenant reimburse the owner during their stay).
7) Your total monthly gross income must be twice (2x) the rent amount
8) A Criminal background check and referral check will be performed within the past 5 years.
