Smoker, Pit Boss 3-series digital vertical smoker with 4 racks and a digitally controlled temperature system. It cost $334 new. It works perfectly. Only used it about four times and then stopped eating lots of meat for health reasons. Uses apple, hickory, mesquite wood or any other type of wood for the flavor you want. Also has a tray for liquid flavoring (beer etc…). Comes with a digital meat thermometer and cooking manual. It really is a nice smoker.
