This piece was produced in the 1970s and is signed “© C. Jere”. This classically Jere’ “open air” piece consists of a barn with a partially open door, a windmill, fencing and a tree. It also has an open mailbox on the fence post with the red flag raised. It is made of brass, copper and probably some steel. As typical of Jere pieces, the metal bears some “heat tint”. The piece is hung on nails by metal loops available on the back.
This piece measures 54 inches wide by 20 tall and has a depth of about 7 inches from the wall.
