Antique oak extending dining table Imported from England and dating back to the late 1800's.
It is fitted with the original, fully functional wind out mechanism with brass plate showing the maker of the mechanism to be Joseph Fitter who patented the design.
It can be extended to accommodate 2 leaves.
This was probably once a very formal table but with over 100 years of use it now has a more worn country look with a wonderful aged patina. Over all it is in solid sturdy condition.
