Designed for trout fishing, allowing anglers to easily and quickly drop fish directly through a top lid opening without opening the main lid, while keeping the rest of the catch hidden and shaded. Rare and highly sought after.
Fair to good vintage condition with wear consistent with its age and use. Leather strap broke over the years. Willow hinges have been replaced with fine wire. Sold as shown.
