Job Description
Reno Tahoe Oral Surgery seeking executive office manager, this candidate must be highly skilled with experience in business management. Degree in management preferred. Full time salaried position $50-60K, Benefits, PTO, 401k, health insurance. This highly skilled individual must be able to communicate with staff efficiently to ensure productive, energetic, and happy work environment that flows with a busy practice. Manager must possess a self-starter attitude with the ability to develop systems to create an organized, well developed work flow through the office. Skills to hire the right supporting staff necessary to maintain an excellent patient experience. We pride ourselves in treating our patients like family by giving them the best patient experience in town. Manager MUST have experience managing dental practices and proficient in AR and dental billing. Candidate MUST know how to budget and calculate overhead expenses.

Office manager job description include, but not limited to:

-organizing meetings with staff on a consistent basis

- understanding accounting practices: billing and coding, accounts receivable

- manage insurance payments, fees, etc.

- manage payroll, keep track of staff hours

-complaints and queries

-preparing letters

-presentations and reports: weekly/monthly reports on production/ collections/ profits

- being responsible for efficiency of schedule for patients everyday

-supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff

-managing office budgets and supply orders, ability to report on office overhead expenses

-liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

-implementing and maintaining procedures to create systematic work flow

-create organized lists to track duties of staff and to hold staff accountable

-office administrative systems

-delegating tasks

-interviewing new staff

-organizing training for new employees and create training manuals

-ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date (OSHA)

-HR function by keeping personnel records up to date,

-organizing efficiency in scheduling patients and staff

-implementing changes in office to create efficiency

- keeping employees accountable for their duties and tasks

- employee reviews

- oversee marketing budget to discuss marketing plans with staff

- overseeing online marketing

- production goals and assessment of production with in practice
