Our ideal candidate will:
-Be competent in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically high functionality in Excel.
-Be competent with Adobe Acrobat, in creating, editing, and processing PDFs
-Have knowledge/understanding of public works projects.
-Have an understanding of California Labor Law, specifically prevailing wages for journeymen.
-Have the ability to multitask and provide quality work in a fast paced environment.
-Exhibit professional and courteous phone and interpersonal skills
-Experience working in Viewpoint accounting software
-Experience in a construction company office
Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
Compensation: Flexible, depends on experience
