Up for sale is a OLD RED METAL OELWEIN DAILY REGISTER CASH BOX VERY HEAVY DUTY. AT LEAST 60-65 YEARS OLD. I got it delivering the Oelwein Daily Register (Oelwein, Iowa) newspaper as a kid and cleaning out some commercial storage units, found it packed away in a box. Lockable with two keys. 11" x 5.5" x 2.5". Manufactured by PN Company, Fulton, IL USA (imprinted on front). Looked the company up online and there are other way worse condition PN Company cash boxes with no paint left on 'em, for way more money. They are collectible. There was zero anywhere near as nice as this one!
Great for many things, cash being just one use, treasure chest of old silver coins being another. Garage sales another.
You see this post, item is for sale, NO NEED TO ASK. Located just off I-80 at Robb Drive in NW Reno (Exit 9) at 6850 SHARLANDS AVE. Large condo community, SILVER CREEK, map in post is correct, just zoom in/out. Make an appointment to come, email or phone (phone number in post, sorry, don't do texts, old skool landline). Place is well marked, go straight in through roundabout by clubhouse and park by large mailbox kiosk just west of clubhouse, plenty of open parking, security-cams and people, safe area to do business. When you arrive gimme a call, and we will meet at the mailboxes and take it from there, can use the conference room, again full of cameras and people milling about.
