I'm looking for someone with a small acreage or large side yard -- any place I could store some materials I've collected over time for building projects and large form art - primarily steel and lumber. I will pallet the material or stack neatly, and I can tarp it or fence it if you prefer. I need an area roughly 900 to 1200 sq ft with dimensions anywhere from 15' x 80' to 30' x 40' or a bit smaller. I'd like to stay within 10-15 miles of Reno but will consider other locations.
I can pay $50/month and in addition I am willing to provide 5 hours labor/week for any work you would like to get done (anything on your property needs cleaning up, weeded and maintained, painting, power washed, etc. I'm very willing to do. I'll start immediately if you like and will keep a regular schedule with you. I'm extremely hard working and always provide "a little extra" in terms of getting a job completed and looking great. I can provide references. I am willing to make arrangements with you prior to coming to your property so you never feel like a stranger is out in your yard.
