Responsibilities:
Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties for signs of pest infestations.
Identify pest species and advise customers on appropriate treatment options.
Apply chemical and non-chemical pest control treatments safely and effectively.
Develop and implement customized pest management plans for clients.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and customer interactions.
Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and safe treatment processes.
Adhere to all company, state, and federal safety regulations.
Monitor and manage equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
Report any property damage, safety concerns, or unusual pest behavior.
Qualifications:
Valid pest control license or ability to obtain one (depending on state regulations).
Prior experience in pest control, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physical stamina to lift, climb, and perform treatments in various environments.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
Work performed indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
May require evening or weekend shifts depending on client needs.
Exposure to chemicals (with appropriate safety equipment and training provided).
Salary Range:
Competitive, based on experience and certifications.
