This van is a beast! Four wheel drive and a 460 engine that was rebuilt several years ago and driven very lightly since. The only reason I’m willing to sell is that I do not have the mechanical knowledge to keep it on the road and every ten dollar hose costs me hundreds to have replaced. So unfortunately it is economically impossible for me to keep driving. I’ve had it forever and it has tons of sentimental value and in the right hands is a terrific vehicle so no low ball offers will even be considered. If you don’t like what you see, move on. Decent offers will be considered. I’ve put lots of money into it. It has NO brakes right now so test driving is out of the question. Before the engine was rebuilt an engine from a 1986 fuel injected Econoline was going to be used, which is in the back of the van. I chose to rebuild instead as my van is NOT fuel injected and it was the better option. I’m making a separate listing for the engine but if it doesn’t sell, it’s going with the van and can be sold, rebuilt or scrapped as is the buyers wish. A true opportunity to make some money for the right person. Will answer any questions to the best of my ability. It’s definitely in need of a bit of work but I know I could get it running with under a thousand dollars (minus the brakes) so anyone else could as well. Needs a new battery. I know people are turning these into traveling houses and they are working great as such. This particular van is lifted to a good 7 1/2 feet tall and it is fun to drive. It’s going to be a bittersweet farewell for me when it sells. Title is clean, it is insured and registered as a classic vehicle. Automatic. Tow bar. Shag carpeting. Manual windows. All doors and locks function. Odometer inaccurate per the rebuilt engine. Recently acquired a floor mat designed for the E-Series vans as well as a window cover that fits great but does not align with the side mirrors, although it doesn’t matter at all and a new steering wheel cover. I do work so emails will be answered when I am available to. Located in NW Reno and willing to use my towing to get it to its new home upon sale if the tow miles allow, so depending on location. Again, I own this van, I do not have to sell it for any reason so I only will for an acceptable amount. Thank you for looking.
