If you're reading this ad, it’s available!

I’m selling 2 Audi A4’s together as a package deal, and yes I insist they be sold together. We love driving them, but they are 3rd or 4th cars for us and need a new home where they will get more love and use.

The 1999
100?k+ miles. (I will find out the exact mileage when I go back up to Sparks where the cars are)

The car was an SCCA autocross car with
upgraded shocks, a Brembo front brake kit, torsion bars front/rear, lightweight Aonal Alloy wheels, and a tuned chip.
This Audi is a great driver and loves to be thrown around a bit.
The suspension/brake/wheel/tune upgrades are really effective on the car.

It was owned and run by an older fastidious German friend of the family, (aka, someone who does things correctly and scores high in mechanical empathy). (aka not a freaking Hooligan!) ;)

The issues with the car are,
the turbo isn’t spooling up and is burning oil.
The trans rear seal is leaking.
Coolant leak from the heater hose connection.

The car was my son's daily driver until the trans made some trans noise and was noticeably leaking from the rear output shaft seal.
I drove the car on Sunday and didn’t notice anything wrong with the trans, but I haven't fully assessed the situation.
The driver's window is not working, but we have new replacement parts for that.
The interior is nice.
Comes with, original rims/ w tires.
Original bits and bobs from the upgrades
Front Bra.
Front valence and trim pieces.
Correct coolant.
Service manuals.
Binder with upgrades documentation.

The 2000.
100k+ miles. (I will find out the exact mileage when I go back up to Sparks where the cars are)

Stock with modest (ECU?) tune.
Set of five, Phat 5 rims from a A6 (Sport Package).
Newer front axles.
This car drives around with its issues just fine and looks good doing it.
The car runs, shifts, drives, and stops well.
The main thing is the turbo isn’t working properly and won’t build full boost.
We drove it daily for a few years like this and it was fine as a non-ish turbo car. It needs an alignment in the rear and the adjustment pin/cam is stuck and will need replacing. The rear miss alignment has worn out the inside of the new tires quickly.
The front tires only have a few hundred miles on them and, I have a new tire on the fifth rim.
The valve cover gasket is leaking.
The A/C does not get cold.
The interior is decent.
The wipers are erratic sometimes.
The dash display not working.
Coolant leak.
You know, Audi stuff.
The cruise control works. :)

Comes with a used replacement, silver hood/bonnet, and original rims/ w tires.

I’m selling them together because I’m short on time and have other car projects to attend to.
If you live locally you can drive them both home.

Thank you for looking and for your interest.
