I need a reliable trust worthy person to come clean the yard , and move a queen mattress, a carpet, and a few chairs from the living room to the garage. And then do a cleaning touch up of the house. The house is clean but needs basic brushing off dust etc.
Also need to clean the front yard and a small portion of the back yard yard from the weeds etc.
You must have your tools.
If you have a vehicle in which you can carry some trash bags and the weeds, that would be great.
I need someone who can give a couple references. As the house owner doesn't allow random people of the street. You will also need to provide a picture of your driver license before you are allowed on the property.
