Trying to add Workforce Tiny Homes to a Mobile Home Park in the MU MTC Zone.

All is good by TRPA except we need Placer County to reinstate Mobile Home Use in the MU MTC Zone to remove a grandfathered use restriction.

Not complex - just literally need someone to follow around Placer County to include in their next TBAP update. They told us they would start on the TBAP update soon in the next 30 days and it will take 30 days. Need someone to be a squeaky wheel and follow the Placer County Long Range Planners around to make sure this gets done.

Offering $1000 incentive payment once it's completed in the next two and half years.

Must have a Linkedin Profile and have some sort of knowledge on Real Estate and Land Use.
