We are a bustling hotel located in the heart of downtown Reno and we are looking for an outgoing, guest-focused team player to join our team. An ideal candidate will have two years front desk experience, preferably with Wyndham brand hotels. Expected availability is overnights and weekends up to 40 hours a week.
Warm Welcomes: Greet guests, handle seamless check-ins and check-outs, and assign rooms.
Guest Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and field guest inquiries with a smile.
Concierge Duties: Provide recommendations on local dining, attractions, and hotel amenities.
Administrative Tasks: Process payments, correctly follow procedures, and maintain accurate room availability records.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are met.
