The Cheese Board on Wedge Parkway in South Reno is looking to fill two positions:
We are currently seeking a dependable, efficient part-time to full-time line cook to support daily lunch and dinner service as well as catering prep and production. Candidate will be responsible for learning and working the line during lunch or night time shifts, executing menu items quickly and consistently. Line cook or fast-paced kitchen experience strongly preferred but training will be provided. Competitive hourly pay as well as pooled tips. We are also seeking a highly organized, dependable Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, support lunch and dinner rushes, and oversee catering prep, production and kitchen operations when Executive Chef is not present. Training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety is a MUST. Servsafe certified preferred. Competitive pay in addition to pooled tips.
