We are a quick-service restaurant franchisee operating across Northern Nevada, and we're looking for experienced Restaurant General Managers to lead our teams in Fernley, Winnemucca, and Reno. If you've run a high-volume quick-service restaurant and take pride in building strong teams and consistent operations, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
• Run the day-to-day operations of your restaurant to franchise and Franchisee standards
• Build and post weekly schedules that match labor to sales while taking care of your team
• Hire, train, and develop crew and shift leaders — set them up to succeed
• Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and great guest service
• Hit targets for food cost, labor, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with your team, your above-store leaders, and your guests
What We're Looking For
• Prior experience as an RGM (or equivalent) in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant — QSR experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to train and develop a team
• Strong scheduling, labor management, and cost-control skills
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and the ability to be on-site at your assigned location
