• Sous Chef will obtain a Certified Food Safety Manager Certificate
• Sous Chef will refrain from harassing any employee. Such as Sexual, Verbal or Physical
• Sous Chef will maintain an “A” grade with the Nevada Department of Health Services
• Sous Chef will maintain the operations of the restaurant to the level of standard set by the owners.
• Sous Chef will handle opening and closing of the restaurant
• Sous Chef will maintain a professional demeanor while handling the day-to-day operations
• Sous Chef will maintain a professional relationship with the employees during and after business hours
• Sous Chef will handle organizing supplies and inventory
• Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring staff follow the guidelines of CQSMA (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance and Atmosphere)
