2021 Gulfstream Envision 25BH in immaculate shape, never really used. Everything works completely flawlessly on the trailer, other than a loose wire or something on the awning motor. It works periodically if I wiggle the wire; I think it's a minor issue. That is literally the only issue with this trailer; everything else is 100%. I bought this trailer because it's very light and easy to pull with a small truck or SUV. The dry weight of the trailer is around 3,800 lb. The registration is current and I have the title. Located in the Susanville area I'm about an hour from Reno
