This little slab was leftovers from a recent client project. That original beam came out of an old building at the former spitsen lumber yard in Incline Village. The relief carving of mtns and the trees were hand done along with the steel hangers cut from a cattle panel and bent into their shapes. The cattle panel also donated the 3 steel pins that anchor the whole thing to its hidden wall bracket. The bracket itself is made of a section of angle iron from an old bed frame. All salvaged and upcycled or just repurposed. Waste not... Or I might use it for something better than what you threw away 🤓. Price obviously reflects hours into it and more importantly the value of the materials used. 200 is actually far below average for comparable pieces.
