A simple metal bed frame. I forgot to take a pic before starting to disassemble but all pieces are there, including all bolts and nuts- the pics show all the cross bars leaning against the wall. I'm working to pack it so it's pretty self- explanatory to put together. It's great, quiet, super stable, and comfortable; no box spring needed. I just upgraded and don't need it anymore.
