Someone keeps flagging my post and I don't know why. I am a real person. I am looking for a rental home near Reno, Carson, or Tahoe area. I have a few CA locations I am interested in because it is close to my mom who I help take care of. It is just me and my little 8 pound dog who would be renting. He is shy and sweet.
What I am looking for is a private unit. Not looking for a shared unit in a house full of people. I work from home, and prefer to live alone. I don't mind of it is located on a shared property though. Just not under the same roof.
A few things I prefer the unit to have is a walk in shower. No carpet. A small gated private area for my dog to run off leash for a few moments a day. We don't stay out long. Just for his potty breaks. I clean up after him. Washer and dryer, or washer and dryer hookups, so I can get them myself. Must be okay for me to get internet. I usually use Verizon so there is no altering of the unit.

I have a sick mother whom I cover part of the cost for so she can live in a nice cared for home. So my budget is set. A little info about the rental is appreciated. I don't have any credit issues.
