Position Responsibilities 

• Collabore with recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure successful selection and onboarding of top talent.

• Support benefits and leave administrion, including short-term disability, workers’ compension, FMLA and personal leave.

• Lead workplace policy and employee conduct reviews.

• Participe in job fairs, community activities and employee engagement initiives.

• Maintain functional knowledge of federal, ste and local legal regulions and processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or reled field.

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).

• Strong communicion and customer service skills.
