Looking to finally get started in the gym or break through a plateau? I'm currently accepting new personal training clients in the Carson City area.
Whether you've never stepped into a gym before or you've been working out for a while but feel stuck and aren't seeing the results you want, I'd love to help you build confidence and make steady progress toward your goals.
What I Offer
$30 per 1-hour session
Recommended minimum of 3 sessions per week to build consistency and see results
Flexible scheduling, including early mornings and evenings
Open to all ages and fitness levels
We can discuss which local gym works best for both of us
I've been training for about 2 years and enjoy helping people understand not just what to do, but why they're doing it. I like taking the time to learn about your goals, whether that's:
Losing weight
Building muscle
Getting stronger
Improving overall fitness
Feeling healthier and more confident
I know how intimidating the gym can be. Between crowded weight rooms, unfamiliar equipment, and worrying about doing exercises correctly, it's easy to feel overwhelmed or discouraged. My goal is to make the gym feel welcoming, teach proper technique, answer your questions, and help you build confidence every step of the way.
I'm looking for serious, committed clients who are ready to invest in themselves and stay consistent. You don't need to be in shape to start—you just need the willingness to show up and put in the effort.
