Black Rock Construction, a locally owned and operated Asphalt and Concrete company is seeking new full-time team members for the following position, immediately:
• Foreman
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead and oversee asphalt and concrete crews in the field. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship. Asphalt and concrete construction experience is required for this role. Additionally, OSHA 30 will be required and foreman or leadership experience is a plus!
Responsibilities include: Supervising daily crew activities on job sites, reading and interpreting plans, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard, operating and overseeing use of tools and heavy equipment, communicating with crew, management, and clients, and training and guiding team members.
