NOW HIRING – Landscape Lead
Lead a landscape construction crew with a company that values quality workmanship and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Run and motivate a crew
Install/repair irrigation systems
Build drainage solutions
Install artificial turf
Build paver patios, walkways, driveways & retaining walls
Operate skid steers, trenchers, compactors & saws
Maintain safe, efficient job sites
Communicate with clients and project managers
Requirements:
3–5+ years of landscape construction experience
Strong skills in irrigation, drainage, turf, pavers & retaining walls
Crew leadership experience
Ability to read plans and work independently
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Able to perform physical outdoor work
Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish), irrigation or hardscape certifications, grading/layout experience.
