We are a small, high-performing family-owned e-commerce business based in Reno. We operate across our own website, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. We run a lean and efficient operation and are hiring our first team member to help us grow and improve how the business runs day to day.
The Role
Hands-on role supporting daily operations, including:
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Printing labels and preparing Amazon shipments
- Organizing inventory and labeling bins
- Basic inventory tracking and data entry
- Handling returns and maintaining a clean workspace
- Occasional post office runs and local pickups
- Customer support (by email)
- Occasional phone calls
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (files, printing, simple systems)
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: warehouse, fulfillment, or ecommerce operations
