Balance Staffing is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a 3rd party Logistics Company in Reno, NV.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate - PM
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm; Saturday voluntary overtime; Sunday off
Location: Reno, NV
Hourly Range: $18 - 19.50

Role and Responsibilities:
· Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
· Organize and prepare materials for pickup.
· Clean and organize trucks for both inbound and outbound shipments.
· Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Perform general labor tasks as required.
· Always maintain warehouse cleanliness.
· Duties may vary depending on area and shift times.
Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role.
· Familiarity with basic safety protocols.
· Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
· Ability to lift, bend, and stand frequently while carrying weight.
· Capable of lifting to 50 lbs.
