A large apartment community in South Reno is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition through repairs and improvements.
• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues related to A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Collaborate effectively with the office team and Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications
• Previous maintenance or related experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and basic repair techniques.
• Ability to handle a physical workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Schedule
• 5-day work week.
• Must be available for rotating on-call emergency maintenance.
