Seeking an active comm B lic contractor lic person to be our qualifier. Pay a fee for the use of the lic duration 6-9 months. Must be active and clean lic. Project is small in Sparks roughly 1.5M. We’ve been in business 40 plus heard comm & retail construction. No liens or BKs in our history.
