Shift: 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday-Friday.

Hourly Re: $20.00

Hourly Pay: up to $22.50 for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Surdays as needed.

The Merial Handler/Forklift Driver is responsible for moving assets/merials safely using power industrial trucks and is expected to move merial on foot or utilizing powered equipment. This position supports the operion by working in one or more of the following areas: receiving, storing, picking and shipping. Operion of Order Picker, Reach lift, and/or Stand-up/Sit-down lift.

Wh You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met
• Support one or more departments: storing, receiving, space management
• Transport/staging/storing of product
• Maintain work and product store areas
• Must be experienced with opering an order picker and reach truck forklift
• This position requires use of handheld and/or tablet
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulions, company policies and procedures
• Ensure quantity, quality, and accuracy of throughput
• Ensure equipment is in safe opering condition by approprie equipment inspections

Wh We Are Looking For:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to regularly opere a computer for basic functions
• Ability to opere an order picker and reach truck forklift
• Collabore with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals
• Must be comfortable working under high productivity and quality standards
• You absolutely must be able to work well in a team-environment and will also have opportunity as an individual contributor
• Impeccable tendance is required
• Be available to work a flexible work schedule as needed during overtime requirements
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures 
• Maintain organizion, cleanliness, and 5S standards within facility and daily workspace.

Actual compension offer to candide may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic locion, work experience, educion, and/or skill level. The pay rio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized offer.
