Donovan Contracting is a rapidly growing commercial contracting company dedicated to delivering top-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team in drywall hanging, texture, and painting.
Positions Available:
Drywall Hangers
Drywall Finishers / Texture Specialists
Interior & Exterior Painters
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels with accuracy
Apply tape and finish joints to a smooth or textured finish as required
Match existing textures or apply new custom textures
Prep surfaces for painting including patching, sanding, and priming
Paint interiors and exteriors with brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Maintain clean and safe work environments
Work independently and/or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Positive attitude, we are seeking polite, friendly, clean-cut individuals. This is a client first, client facing position.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position.
2+ years of experience in drywall installation, texture, or painting
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools (preferred)
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders or scaffolding
