Job Overview
Seeking a highly motivated individual to join a fast-paced staging company as a Staging Mover & Warehouse Associate.
This role is physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining superior standards in both on-site moving and warehouse organization.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, décor, and staging materials between our warehouse and client properties; frequent heavy lifting up to 100 pounds is required.
- On-site setup and breakdown of staging environments, including moving, assembling, and arranging furnishings to precise specifications for each project.
- Maintain a highly organized warehouse: receive incoming inventory, label and securely store items.
- Perform regular warehouse organization: maximize space, maintain clear walkways, and ensure all items are clean, undamaged, wrapped and secured.
- Identify and resolve any missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory quickly and efficiently, escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Operate moving equipment and warehouse tools (dollies, pallet jacks, etc.) safely at all times
- Prior experience in moving, staging, warehousing, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in a physically rigorous work environment, including regular lifting, bending, and working on tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for meticulous warehouse upkeep.
- Excellent time management and teamwork abilities; must be able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation required for site work.
- Must be comfortable with variable hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts as project schedules demand.
