Looking for a maintenance technician experienced in light plumbing, heavy carpentry, flooring, drywall, project completion, light electrical, fencing, and finish work. Must have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle. This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
