I have about 40 of these - $5 each.

I'm sure they're old - may have a surface scratch and/or edge chip...

They are safety glass, and cannot be cut (they just explode if you try).

They were found with chrome "connectors" to assemble them for a display cabinet

(I have a few of those left, and they're readily available - search "Cal Tuf 1980").

I use one when I want a flat surface for sanding or glueing,

and I used some to build a china cabinet!

Very sturdy and heavy - they weigh nearly 3 lb. each!
