You will be building Trusses for roofing purposes! Carefully measuring, cutting, and assembling wood pieces, typically 2x4s or 2x6s, to create a triangular or other structural frame.
Must Have:
26–28 oz hammer
Steel-toe shoes
Measuring tape
Ability to read instructions in English
Good communication skills
Can follow directions and work as part of a team
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to production drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Measure, cut, and position lumber components accurately
• Install metal connector plates using presses, rollers, or hammers
• Inspect trusses for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
