Job Summary:
This role plays a key part in improving our inventory processes, optimizing workflow, maintaining all inventory records, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:
• Establish and maintain cycle count processes and manage an annual physical inventory.
• Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels by analyzing MRP reports.
• Daily Production Scheduling
• Help manage our supply chain systems and prepare inventory reports as needed.
• Work closely with production management to ensure solid flow of materials and supplies to all assembly areas.
• Ensure the availability of the right parts at the right time for production needs.
• Support shipping & receiving procedures manage physical assets related to material storage and flow of materials to assembly areas.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
• Experience managing inventory in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in organizing and managing all aspects of inventory control.
• Understanding of the purchasing process and working closely with purchasing.
• Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solver with a solution-focused attitude.
• Proficient with ERP programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
