I have a Vintage Kaykraft Venetian Model A built in Chicago in the late 20's. It is an all mahogany body round hole arch top parlor sized acoustic with a unique body shape and build. This instrument was set up and professionally restored by a luthier in Oregon. This guitar plays well and plays in tune up the neck. This guitar has a great balanced tone that brings out the subtle mids like a cello and has a sweet balanced tone at all volumes. This guitar sounds great played at all volumes and has no limit to how loud it can project. A very unique and versatile vintage instrument.
It has a hard shell case and is valued around $1500. I am looking for a new piece of gear that will catch my interest and I am not as concerned about the value as much as I am looking for something useful or different. I am interested in all instruments. I would trade for drums, cymbals, guitars, amps, microphones... anything really. I am just looking to trade for something I don't have.
If you are interested in this guitar, send me an email. I am open to any offer.
