Olcese Waste Services has an Immediate opening for Customer Service Representative.
The shift will be 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous, and cooperative manner towards customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
Effective time management skills are essential to ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently and safely. Ability to navigate a computer a must.
Demonstrates good follow-through ability, adhering to work schedules, and addressing challenges as they arise.
Ability to adhere to company policies and rules set forth. Promotes company's safety standards.
Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones, emails, and taking payments. Dispatch calls to the appropriate associate.
Manages and ensuring accurate invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation, while also resolving billing issues and communicating effectively with clients. Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding their billing and payment issues.
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Pay $22.00 per hour.
