Receptionist/ Clerical Aide (Portola)

Long Valley School's Portola office is seeking a part-time (28 hours per week) employee to fulfill the job duties of school office receptionist. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone, email and in-person; organizing and completing daily administrative tasks; assisting with breakfast service; and assisting students and their families.

The ideal candidate will have at least two year's experience providing customer support, excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Hourly rates are dependent on experience and skills.
