A local landscaping company is looking for an experienced Customer Service/Account Rep. This is a full time position Monday - Friday from 8am -- 5pm. We are looking for someone that can work comfortably in a fast paced environment, and loves helping customers receive the quality service we are known for. Our desired candidate will have experience with the following job responsibilities:
• Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple projects in different stages
• Organization skills to manage large volume of paperwork and customer requests
• Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle issues and requests from both our contracted and one time customers.
• Scheduling appointments for the field technicians.
• Create work orders
• Ensure that all work is accurate prior to releasing to the field.
• Work well in a small office environment.
