We are searching for a Community Consultant. This position reports directly to the Community Director and works closely with other office and on-site staff members to maintain high occupancy rates and ensure that current residents and new prospects receive timely handling of issues and excellent customer service.
•2+ years’ experience in customer service industry required.
•1+ years' experience in leasing required.
•Experience in multifamily/hotel industry preferred.
•Experience with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
•Positive attitude and team mentality.
•All candidates must be able to speak, write and understand English to qualify for this position.
Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
•Greet prospects promptly as they come in providing excellent customer service.
•Lease and rent apartments and gather all required documentation when doing so.
•Assist with sales and marketing ventures to positively brand the company and the property.
•Maintain courteous communication with residents and ensure any issues or concerns are being addressed promptly.
•Maintain professionalism at all times and build/maintain positive relationships with residents.
•Willingness to learn and accept training.
•Stay organized and pay attention to details at all times.
Location: Reno, NV - Northwind Apartments
Job Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
Work Hours: Tuesday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
