Craftsman Homes is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Reno NV. Prior experience in customer service is desired, but is not necessary. Applicants should have a strong professional presence both on the phone and in person. Applicants should be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
Duties to include scheduling service appointments with customers, ordering and receiving service parts from multiple factories, maintaining confidential customer service files, fielding service questions from new homeowners, documenting customer requests within appropriate time frames and producing work orders for technicians, and scheduling out of town travel. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Suite.
Monday through Friday position. Applicants will need to be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to hire. Compensation to be discussed at the time of interview, and is based on experience.
