We’re looking for a dependable, organized person to help with office and light operational tasks. This is a part-time, in-person position with a variety of responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
General bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Help manage inventory and track materials
Handle basic administrative tasks and office support
Assist with purchasing and working with vendors
Provide customer service support
Help with shipping and receiving
Help pick up materials and supplies for the production team as needed
Assist with safety program administration
Jump in and help in the factory when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with bookkeeping and administrative work
Organized and able to multitask
Positive attitude and dependable
Willing to help where needed
Valid, clean driver’s license (you’ll be picking up materials)
Experience:
Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
Purchasing/Inventory: 5 years (Required)
Safety program experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Bonus (not required):
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
