We are looking for a kind, friendly, open-minded, tenant. We are offering a large, single-tenant space historically used hourly by different groups in the community (e.g. meditation, yoga, group therapy, birthing classes) but we are now open to a full time tenant. The space is likely best for professionals and practitioners needing a large space such as a play therapist, yoga therapist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, group therapist, etc; however, we are open to many other professionals as well. We are all friendly and like to occasionally spend time with one another.
